Shipping Availability

We currently ship only within India. While we are starting with a limited range of products, we may introduce new categories from time to time.

Returns & Exchanges

As we carefully inspect and pack every order, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Ordering by mistake
  3. Personal preferences
  4. No longer needing the product after delivery

We encourage you to review the product details, specifications, and dimensions carefully before placing your order.

Defective, Damaged, or Non-Working Products

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not working as intended, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@clockit.shop.

Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos and/or a short video showing the problem

Once our team reviews and verifies the issue, we will arrange a return and provide a replacement for the same product.

Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for a return due to a defective, damaged, or non-working product:

  1. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. The product should be returned with all original accessories, tags (if applicable), and packaging.

  3. The item should not show signs of misuse, improper handling, physical damage caused after delivery, or unauthorized modifications.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  1. Products purchased on sale or during special promotions
  2. Gift cards
  3. Personalized or custom-made products
  4. Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
  5. Any product specifically marked as non-returnable on its product page
