How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7-10 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as it ships.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

No — all orders are prepaid. You can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet at checkout. Keeping every order prepaid is how we keep shipping free on everything.

What if the product arrives damaged or faulty?

Email contact@clockit.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos or video of the problem. Once we verify it, we'll arrange a return and send a replacement — see our refund policy for the full conditions.
